1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Hanza Sky Suites website and the booking of accommodation at Sky Suite 22, located on the 22nd floor of Hanza Tower, al. Wyzwolenia 46, 71-132 Szczecin, Poland. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
2. Reservations
Reservations are made through our website and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. A reservation is binding once confirmed. The guest must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 guests.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability. Key exchange instructions will be provided via email prior to your arrival.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on the season and length of stay. A cleaning fee may apply and will be shown during the booking process. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability.
6. House Rules
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect the following rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony
- Pets are not allowed without prior written approval
- Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00 — please be respectful of other residents
- Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors are welcome until 22:00
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly
7. Liability
Hanza Sky Suites shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where caused by our gross negligence. We are not responsible for interruptions to building services (elevator, pool, sauna) due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Szczecin, Poland. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence shall apply.
